Look Dev and Outsourcing

As lead Environment Artist I oversaw a small internal team for this Xbox title, bridging the gap between design and final production. My role involved performing look dev on select map sections to set the visual bar, which served as the stylistic roadmap for a large external team in Ukraine. I managed the workflow from initial blockout through to the final integration, lighting, and optimization of external work, ensuring a high-quality, performant experience.
